Malt + Pepper are a food company that cooks with fantastic beer, as well as taking the ingredients that make up your favourite beers, yeast, hops and malt and turning them into tasty dishes. We also take 'spent grain' which makes up 85% of a brewery's waste and turn it into a flour to make delicious baked goods (including our burger buns).

We are currently in residence at Simon The Tanner, a cracking local pub, on Long Lane in London Bridge. We're cooking here 7 days a week, including a roast every Sunday.
